Our partner is an established company with a strong market presence, demonstrating strength and resilience in delivering its services. Their team consists of proven professionals with high-level expertise, and the company stands out for its care and commitment to its employees.Now they are expanding their Learning & Development function and are seeking a Training Specialist with a focus on technical training (Microsoft products, Google Workspace, AI tools and core digital products).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying training needs and conducting them in order to achieve effective and satisfying results;
  • Develop learning materials – Prepare and update presentations, guides, exercises, and standardized documentation to support learning needs;
  • Coordinate and manage training programs – Organize schedules, track attendance, and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives;
  • Evaluate and report the effectiveness of training programs using business KPIs, surveys and structured observations;
  • Oversee the full onboarding setup, including profile creation, access management, and early-stage support for newly hired team members.

What they are looking for:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or related field;
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally involving the design and delivery of training programs;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Fluency in English - B2 level is a must;
  • Digital proficiency with extensive experience in Microsoft & Google tools;
  • Responsible, creative, and proactive mindset toward tasks and processes.
