Our partner, a leading global company in the iGaming industry and new for the Bulgarian market, is currently seeking motivated specialists to join their dynamic, multilingual team for the following position.
Customer Service Specialist with French (VIP customers)
Main responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner;
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to account access, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay;
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our casino games, sports betting options, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in French (C1);
- Excellent level of English (B2);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the online gambling industry as a Customer Support Specialist;
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift with 24/7 coverage;
- Being able to work from the office in Sofia.
