Trainer with German

Main Responsibilities:

• Train new customer service employees and ensure a smooth onboarding process;

• Support and coach experienced employees to continuously improve their performance;

• Create training and educational materials and deliver engaging training sessions;

• Assess the effectiveness of training programs by analyzing employee performance and client satisfaction;

• Collaborate with team leaders and management to identify training needs and support continuous process improvement.

Job requirements:

• Previous work experience as a Trainer or similar role in the customer service industry;

• Fluencyin German – C1;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;

• Familiarity with interactive learning activities;

• Time management skills and a critical thinking.
