Job requirements:

  • Fluent level of German or French (C1);
  • Very good level of English (B1-B2 Level);
  • Excellent soft skills, self-confidence, and organizational skills;
  • Previous experience in the BPO field as Customer Support, sales or similar will be considered as an strong advantage.
