Our partner is one of the leading outsourcing companies in Bulgaria. They are looking for an experienced tech savy to join their team. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.

Help-Desk Support with German (Fully Remote)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate clients from Famous Automotive;
  • Perform level 1 Technical support of B2B customers in connection to resolve technical issues, related to laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, mobile phones, routers, Microsoft office package, and other applications;
  • Uninstall, reinstall software applications;
  • Resolve username and password problems;
  • Assist with navigation around application menus;
  • Troubleshoot email, VPN and other issues;
