Business DevelopmentRepresentative with Dutch and English

Main Responsibilities:

·       Communicate with customers registered for free product evaluations;

·       Answer questions about the company’ssolutions confidently;

·       Provide initial customer support through chat, email, and callchannels;

·       Manage sales processes through closing and negotiations;

·       Stay updated on the company’s products andmarket developments;

·       Handle customer requests in both Dutchand English.

Main Requirements:

·       Verbal and written communications skills in Dutch (C2);

·       Verbal and written communications skills in English(C1);

·       Excellent communication and organizational skills;

·       Ability to analyze customer concerns anddeliver appropriate solution options;

·       Good knowledge of IT, businesssoftware, and SAP solutions is an advantage.;

·       CRM system experience is beneficial.
