Main Resposibilities:
- Preparation and validation of accounting data for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing;
- Resolving General Ledger problems;
- Working closely with other Departments and advising them on accounting matters;
- Acting as an SMI and providing guidance and mentoring to the new members of the team;
- On-boarding, training, and planning the future development of the junior colleagues;

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Economics or equivalent field;
- Experience in the field of Accounting (at least 3 years);
- Experience working in shared service operations (BPO) is a solid advantage;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish (at least B2-C1);
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP;
