For one of our partners, one of the leaders in the IT industry, we are looking for:

Customer Success Manager (Financial Processes)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business goals, use cases, and success criteria to ensure they gain maximum value from e-invoicing solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams, coordinating efforts across Sales, Technical Support, Product, and Professional Services.
  • Monitor service performance against KPIs, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices to drive adoption, optimize usage, and expand the customer’s solution footprint.
  • Act as the customer’s advocate within the company, delivering feedback to improve products, services, and processes.

Job requirements:

  • Fluency in English (C1);
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role;
  • Proven background in managing enterprise customers, driving product adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes;
  • Understanding of e-invoicing processes, accounts payable, or related financial automation tools;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Being able to work on a hybrid model and on shifts in Sofia.
