For one of our partners, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist who will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, employee relations and the full employee lifecycle within an international working environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including contracts, amendments, documentation and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with Bulgarian labour legislation and internal company policies.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems and support data accuracy.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics and analyses for management.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics.
- Support disciplinary processes, performance evaluations, absence management and other employee relations cases.
- Participate in onboarding, probation follow-up, engagement initiatives and offboarding.
- Assist in HR projects such as performance management, learning & development and process optimization.
- Contribute to improving HR processes through digitalization and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist in a dynamic international environment.
- Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labour law and HR best practices.
- Experience in employee relations (disciplinary cases, complaints, evaluations).
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and strong Excel skills.
- Excellent command of English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken.
- High level of discretion and ability to work with sensitive information.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in advising managers.
- Proactive mindset, strong organization and adaptability.
