SAP Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP-related projects across MM, SD, CAR, and retail systems, from planning to post-go-live support
• Collaborate with internal business units, IT teams, and external vendors to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage project scopes, budgets, and risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate integration efforts between SAP and external systems (POS, WMS, e-commerce) via IDocs, RFCs, or APIs
• Oversee testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases of ERP initiatives
• Monitor the stability of data flows and ensure timely issue resolution in IDoc-based interfaces
• Support master data governance and ensure consistency of material, pricing, and product hierarchies across systems
• Drive continuous improvement, change requests, and system enhancements in cooperation with the SAP functional and technical teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management with SAP ERP systems (S/4HANA preferred)
• Knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules and retail integration concepts
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans
• Fluency in English

Nice to have:

• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or Agile methodologies)
• Experience with SAP CAR or similar retail analytics solutions
• Background in retail, FMCG, or logistics environments
• Familiarity with middleware, SAP Integration Suite, or API-based system architecture
• Involvement in SAP rollouts, upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives
