Quality Specialist with German

Main Responsibilities:

• Performs call/email monitoring and provides trend data to site management team.

• Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at the team.

• Coaching and Feedback for teams.

• Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.

• Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.

Job requirements:

• Fluent German language both written and spoken– C1;

• Min. 2 years of experience in the industry on a similar quality role.

• Excellent interpersonal communication listening and analytical skills;

• Ability to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company;

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
