Non-Voice Customer Support Representative with Italian
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries mainly via live chat and email;
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with other team members to improve the overall user experience;
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and promotions;
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new features, and industry trends.

Requirements for the position:
- High-level Italian proficiency (C1) - written and verbal;
- Very good knowledge of English (B2);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Previous customer service experience will be considered as an advantage;
- Availability to work on shifts;
- Ability to work from an office in Sofia.
