For our client -  a leading global provider of software products and services aimed at cost reduction, improved efficiency, and enhanced visibility for enterprises – we are searching for an IT Trainer and Consultant.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach a course load appropriate to their field or discipline
  • Conduct monthly webinars (Knowledge Sharing Sessions) for our client’s products
  • Deliver both public and dedicated instructor-led training sessions at our client’s training facilities, on the web, and onsite at customer locations
  • Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning; modify instructional methods to meet diverse students' needs
  • Employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies to communicate subject matter
  • Update functional and technical training materials
  • Partner with Professional Services Consultants to develop functional end-user training plans
  • Contribute to instructional materials selection and development
  • Assist with Education Services' internal environments maintenance
  • Maintain Education Services IT equipment including scanners and training classroom desktops
  • Support internal training initiatives
  • Provide product feedback to Engineering

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience delivering IT training to adult learners
  • Network and device setup and administration experience
  • Operating System management
  • Software installation and configuration
  • Scanner and peripheral setup
  • Document management proficiency
  • Basic troubleshooting and technical support
  • Integration skills with Microsoft Office and cloud solutions
  • Cloud Services management (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • User and Access Management
  • Security and Compliance knowledge
  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • Database knowledge for learning applications
  • Knowledge of standard training methodologies
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Multi-project management capability
