Our partner is a globally renowned US-based company that just started their operations in Bulgaria. For their newly established HR team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated professional with a growth mindset to join on the role of:


Human Resources Generalist


Summary of the position:


The Human Resources Generalist participates actively in the daily functions of the Human Resources department including hiring and onboarding new employees, assisting and advising employees on all HR related matters, processing documents, benefits, and leave, and developing and enforcing company policies and practices.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end employment life cycle process from onboarding to offboarding;
  • Establishing and advising on local compliance and HR Policies& Processes;
  • Participating in the relocation and integration process of foreign team-members;
  • Supporting the process of distribution of the benefits in the company;
  • Managing internal HR personnel documentation, both electronic and paper form;
  • Participating in the optimization of HR processes and policies;
  • Updating the internal HR database;
  • Being up to date with all changes in employment law conditions & regulations;
  • Partnering with Business stakeholders in talent management;
  • Coordinating and reporting the gathered feedback from the exit interviews;
  • Maintaining data accuracy in the various systems and reporting tools;
  • Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics,such as leaves and
  • compensation and resolving any issues that may arise;
  • Developing HR reports and presentations.

Requirements to fill the role:

  • At least 4 years of proven experience on a similar position within a fast-paced, high volume international setting;
  • Strong knowledge of local Bulgarian labor laws and regulations;
  • Fluent English is a must;
  • Detail-oriented, dynamic and able to work under tight deadlines;
  • Ability to work both within a team and independently, with minimal supervision;
  • Experience in BPO, SSC or any fast-growing business would be a great advantage.
