For their Collections team, we are looking to recruit a:

Collection Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team handling collections, both in-house and with external partners;
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape and execute strategic plans;
• Create effective ways to recover unpaid loans and minimize losses;
• Monitor loan performance and work with other teams to solve issues and prevent future problems;
• Engage with global counterparts to exchange insights and stay ahead of trends;
• Act as the primary point of contact for all recovery activities, driving process improvements, and goal achievement.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has at least 3–4 years of experience in collections;
• Has led a team for 1–2 years or more, with proven leadership skills;
• Communicates confidently in English, both written and spoken /B2-C1 level/;
• Balances strategic thinking with attention to operational details;
• Understands the collections landscape and thrives in complex situations;
• Is proactive in identifying risks and implementing solutions;
• Is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
