Sales Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and enhance the sales process to boost efficiency and increase conversion rates;
• Develop and oversee customer retention initiatives aimed at driving engagement and fostering long-term loyalty;
• Build and maintain comprehensive customer journey maps to pinpoint and improve critical touchpoints;
• Monitor and analyze sales and retention KPIs, providing regular performance reports;
• Deploy and manage automation tools to simplify workflows and improve communication efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales process optimization and customer retention;
• Familiarity with data analytics tools to monitor and optimize sales performance;
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
• Practical experience using platforms such as Customer.io, Infobip, or CRM tools will be considered a huge advantage;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights;
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
