Customer Care Specialist with  Dutch and English

Responsibilities:‍

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email or phone in a professional and timely manner;
• Become an expert on the company's products and accessories to provide accurate information and recommendations;
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing payment-related questions;
• Work closely with the logistics and marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

• Fluent level of Dutch;
• Very Good level of English (B2 at least);
• Excellent soft and organizational skills;
• Previous experience will be an advantage.
