Customer Care Specialist with Dutch and English
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email or phone in a professional and timely manner;
- Become an expert on the company's products and accessories to provide accurate information and recommendations;
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing payment-related questions;
- Work closely with the logistics and marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Job requirements:
