Head of Process Improvement

Main Responsibilities:

• Leads and executes process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies;
• Analyzes operations to identify inefficiencies and develops solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams;
• Defines key performance indicators (KPIs),tracks improvements, and ensures alignment with organizational goals;
• Conducts root cause analyses and implements corrective and preventive actions to resolve systemic issues;
• Promotes a culture of operational excellence by training teams, managing multiple projects,

Job Requirements:

• University’s degree in Finance, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (C1);
• Fluency in German will be a     strong advantage;
• Lean Six Sigma certification;
• 6+ years experience in projects and process improvement;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project     management skills;
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
