Team Leader with German (New Financial Company)

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate a team of German-speaking customer service agents;

• Monitor and improve individual and team performance;

• Provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to team members;

• Ensure compliance with processes, KPIs, and quality standards;

• Collaborate with internal teams (QA, Training,Operations) and support issue resolution.

Job requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead, or supervisory role within customer support;

• Very good to fluent German (B2–C1 level);

• Experience in people management, coaching, and performance improvement;

• Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards in a customer service environment;

• Ability to motivate, engage, and develop team members.
