Our partner is a well-known international company. Currently, they are  opening their NEW shared service center in Bulgaria and we are looking for a  motivated and eager-to-learn professional to join their team in the role of:

General Ledger Accountant with  English (New SSC)


 Main Responsibilities:

     
  • Handle journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheets, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  •  
  • Ensure financial records comply with policies, maintain accounting control procedures, and resolve discrepancies.
  •  
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  •  
  • Prepare for financial audits and coordinate the audit process.
  •  
  • Maintain financial databases and manage up to two local ledgers with flexibility and attention to detail.
  •

Job Requirements:

     
  • Fluency in English (C1);
  •  
  • Understanding of GAAP and IFRS;
  •  
  • Degree in Economics or Business Administration preferably major in accounting;
  •  
  • At least 3 years of experience in the area of Accounting;
  •  
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes in a complex and international business environment;
  •  
  • Advanced knowledge of Finance and Accounting end-to-end processes.
  •
