CRM Marketing Specialist

The main responsibilities will include:

• Planning and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at retaining customers and increasing their loyalty to the brand;
• Collaboration with colleagues from different units in the company in order to implement planned CX initiatives;
• Planning customer research on an annual basis;
• Deeply analyzing the customer experience and identifying the main pain-points the business should respond to;
• Assist in troubleshooting and reporting platform errors that hinder the effectiveness of customer interactions (via the customer portal, website or mobile app).
