• Provide prompt and professional support to end-users across various platforms (chat, email, phone);
• Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction;
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering empathetic and effective support;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings, policies, and procedures to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in any of the following languages: Czech, Slovak, Slovenian or Azerbaijani;
• Very good level of English (B2);
