B2B Key Account Manager with English (iGaming company)

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling the business clients after the initial deal is closed;
• Increases revenue of current customers witch purpose is to renewals or upsell or cross-selling;
• Building a relationship with key accounts and identifying the potential of making a cross-selling;
• Proactively searching for opportunities to grow their customer base in order to grow the revenue of the company;
• Tracking and analyzing projects and taking appropriate actions to ensure maximum value through their life cycle.
