Site Reliability Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions
- Maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and capacity management systems
- Provide ongoing support for production environments, including troubleshooting, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and facilitating blameless post-mortems
- Understand and support the architecture of services and products
- Design automated software and product upgrades, as well as change and release management solutions
- Interact with internal customers, including Developers, QA, OPS, and SRE teams
- Actively contribute to process improvements to enhance production stability
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Networking, Applications Engineering, and Information Security teams

Requirements:
- Solid knowledge and experience in production support activities
- CI/CD tools knowledge with the ability to automate deployment activities
- Understanding of SRE principles and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with GIT, Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, Helm
- Proven troubleshooting skills and process experience
- Kubernetes (K8s) expertise, especially in networking, security, and storage
- AWS cloud experience: IAM, VPC, EKS, RDS
- Knowledge of real-time data streaming technologies (Kafka)
- Basic understanding of Elasticsearch concepts (Node, Cluster, Index, Document, Shard, Replicas)
- Experience with RDBMS administration (PostgreSQL/AuroraDB preferred) or MySQL
- Proficiency in application and service monitoring tools and techniques
