Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and decision-making of technical solution implementation
• Apply software engineering best practices that minimize tech debt
• Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve various software issues
• Mentor and train new team members
• Design and business insight
• Commit to quality, performance, continuous improvement, and efficiency
• Collaborate with various dev teams

Requirements:

• Fluent English is required
• Advanced architecture understanding both on a theoretical level and on an applied level
• Advanced knowledge of PHP and OOP patterns
• Experience with Phalcon or Symfony framework
• Working experience with real-time solutions that involve Sockets, Queues, distributed data streams, and APIs
• Knowledge of the entire web stack and how each piece impacts performance and reliability
• Advanced knowledge of PHP and OOP patterns
• Database design (Relational and NoSQL)
