Our client is a dynamically growing company with ambitions for sustainable growth and expansion of its market presence. In line with the development of its B2B commercial activities, we are looking for an experienced and strategically oriented professional for the position of:

Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead and develop a B2B sales team;
  • Actively participate in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of sales representatives;
  • Set individual and team targets (KPIs) and monitor their achievement;
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in line with the company’s business objectives;
  • Analyze the market, competitive environment, and future development opportunities;
  • Participate in strategic key negotiations and meetings with international B2B clients;
  • Optimize sales processes and increase team efficiency;
  • Work in close collaboration with the company’s management team;
  • Prepare regular reports, analyses, and sales forecasts.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2 + years of previous experience in B2B services sales and sales team management;
  • Experience in setting and managing KPIs;
  • Excellent command of English (C1–C2);
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Technological knowledge will be considered an advantage;
  • Availability for business travels.
