Main Responsibilities:
• Lead the day-to-day activities of the QA team, ensuring productivity, consistency, andadherence to the companystandards.
• Monitor QA performance metrics, identify gapsand risks, and implement corrective actions to improve quality outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact forprogram-level QA topics and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members to strengthen their skills and drivehigh-quality performance.
• Communicate performance insights, quality trends, and updates tomanagement and key stakeholders while contributing to audits and continuousimprovement initiatives.
