Sales Agent with Czech and English

Our partner is a fast-growing tech company developing innovative software solutions for the iGaming sector, including online gaming platforms, data management systems, and AI-based tools.

Main responsibilities:

•  Contact existing and former clients via phone, chat, or email to encourage them to return and play again;  

•  Present current promotions, bonuses, and new features in an engaging and persuasive way;  

•  Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention;  

•  Stay updated on company products, games, and campaigns to provide accurate information;  

•  Provide high-quality customer service with a positive, energetic, and professional attitude.

The Ideal Candidate:

•  Has excellent command of Czech (C2-level)

•  Speaks fluent English (C1 level) and communicates confidently;

•  Is driven, energetic, and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales;  

•  Enjoys communicating with people and building strong client relationships;  

•  Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
