Recruitment Specialist with German

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening and interviewing;
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract German-speaking candidates;
• Collaborate with vendors, hiring managers and team members;
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English;
• Previous experience in recruitment (experience in BPO recruitment will be considered a strong advantage);
• Possibility to work from an office in Plovdiv;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
