‍Main Responsibilities:‍

• Analyze and understand customer requirements and translate them into appropriate product selections;
• Work closely with the Sales Teams to validate the technical compatibility and competitiveness of the products;
• Collaborate with colleagues to find optimal solutions for any customer issues or inquiries that may arise;
• Working with the internal system and product portfolio database;
• Ensure client data is treated with confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.

• Excellent level of French (C1 Level);
• Very good level of English (B2 Level);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Team player;
• Good MS Office skills;
• Experience in working with ERP (SAP) systems– would be a plus.
