Platform Advisor with French and English (no experience required)
- Supports clients by providing helpful information and answering questions via phone and email;
- Checking bank details such as IBAN, etc, into online banking platforms;
- Providing general guidance and assistance in problem-solving to international users of a payment platform;
- Update the internal tracking system.
