Payroll Specialist

to take ownership of the full payroll cycle within an international working environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

‍

• Manage the full end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
• Ensure compliance with Bulgarian labour, tax and social security legislation.
• Calculate salaries, bonuses, deductions and statutory contributions.
• Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports and documentation to relevant authorities.
• Act as a point of contact for payroll-related questions and resolve discrepancies.

What We’re Looking For

‍

• Previous experience in payroll administration, preferably within Bulgaria.
• Solid knowledge of Bulgarian labour law, payroll and statutory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
• Good command of English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel.
