Account Manager with English
Our partner, a fast-growing international technology company new to the Bulgarian market and currently expanding its operations in Sofia, is looking for motivated professionals to join their team for the position of: Account Manager with English.
Main responsibilities:
- Contact and consult inbound leads from the US market, understand their needs, and present suitable business solutions;
- Guide clients through the onboarding, account activation, and adoption process while serving as their main point of contact;
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, monitor account performance, and identify opportunities for growth, upsell, and improvement;
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage the client pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, and support the sales closing process to achieve revenue targets.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in English;
- Previous experience in sales, business development, client success, or another client-facing role;
- Availability to work Monday – Friday aligned with US market hours;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Target-oriented, proactive, and motivated personality.
