We are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated individuals to join their team as:

Payroll Specialist

About the position: The role is a maternity leave cover position. The employment contract is fixed-term, for the duration of the maternity leave. The company views this role as a long-term opportunity and, subject to strong performance and mutual satisfaction, is prepared to offer a permanent employment contract after the initial term ends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process employees’ monthly payroll in compliance with applicable labor and social security legislation;
  • Administer and manage recorded working hours, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements;
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, termination orders, and other HR-related documents;
  • Maintain and update the employee database, ensuring timely entries for new hires and departures;
  • Stay up to date with legislative changes and apply best practices in payroll processing and HR administration.

Profile of the Successful Candidate:

  • 1+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration;
  • Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • English proficiency – B2 level;
  • Experience with specialized payroll software;
  • In-depth knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation;
  • Strong time management, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
