Payments Processing Specialist with German / French / Italian / Finnish and/or Dutch

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date files, records, and documentation;
  • Processing standard transactions such as Order Entry, Payments and Billing Information;
  • Investigating any transfer failures and resolve clients’ billing issues;
  • May assist with different functions including processing, answering questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

  • Excellent level of German / French / Italian / Finnish / Dutch (C1);
  • Good verbal and written skills in English (at least B2);
  • Previous experience in an outsourcing company;
  • Previous experience/education in Finance, Accounting, or a similar role will be considered an advantage;
  • Technical knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and/or ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
