Order Specialist with German (REMOTE)

Main responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding products, orders and deliveries;

• Investigate and resolve issues;
  ‍
• Maintain company database.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1) both written and spoken;

• Good level of English (A2-B1);
