Currently, we are looking for a candidate who combines a positive and proactive personality with a can-do attitude to join their team in the position:
Office & HR Coordinator
Duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinating and organizing all office facilities;
- Receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing mails and phone calls;
- Organizing company events, conferences, business trips, etc.;
- Providing support in all ongoing recruitment processes, onboarding new hires and collaborating with external recruitment agencies;
- Archiving invoices and other documents.

Requirements:
- University degree;
- Relevant experience 1+ years;
