Office & HR Coordinator 


Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Coordinating and organizing all office facilities;
  • Receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing mails and phone calls;
  • Organizing company events, conferences, business trips, etc.;
  • Providing support in all ongoing recruitment processes, onboarding new hires and collaborating with external recruitment agencies;
  • Archiving invoices and other documents.

Requirements:

  • University degree;
