Office assistant with Russian and English
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain General Manager’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.;
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed;
- Attend meetings and keep minutes;
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible;
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure;
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner;
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned;
- Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment;
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience on an administrative role;
- Fluent English, Russian and Bulgarian languages is a must;
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office;
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills;
- High degree of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
