Non-voice customer support agent with Italian

Main responsibilities:

• Offering prompt assistance to address requests;
• Interacting with clients exclusively through email and chat to discuss the company's products;
• Keeping clients informed about new requirements and upcoming bonuses;
• Working closely with internal company departments.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in Italian (C1);
• Good level of English (B2);
• Being able to work on shifts (day/late/night);
• Being able to work from the office in Sofia.
