IT Support Technician

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain entire desktop environments for end-users
• Troubleshoot, prioritize and resolve hardware, connection, printer, and software issues reported by users via the ticketing system
• Provide hardware and software support for end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile phones)
• Support general workspace equipment (audio-visual, printers)
• Resolve network issues involving desktop or laptop computers
• Manage incidents in coordination with other support levels (1st & 3rd)
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and implement new technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (System Administrator, Technical Support Engineer)
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft O365
• Hands-on experience with Virtualization technologies (Citrix, Azure VDI) and proven ability to troubleshoot remotely
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Network hardware, and cable management.
• Proficiency with laptops, printers, and mobiles from brands such as Microsoft, Lenovo, Samsung, Xerox, and Apple
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English
