For them, we are looking to recruit a: 

Insurance Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains and develops the network of insurance company partners of the company;
• Analyzes and adapts products with the aim of improving commercial performance;
• Works in close collaboration with internal company teams –sales team and legal team;
• Analyzes and proposes suitable products that can be offered to the company’s clients;
• Analyzes the market and implements functional solutions aimed at improving processes and systems, as well as minimizing risks.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant position;
• Excellent command of English –  both written and spoken;
• Business development-oriented, with a vision that goes beyond traditional sales functions;
• Analytical and proactive individual with a strong focus on achieving results;
• Highly motivated professional, who performs effectively both independently and as part of a team.
