Fintech Service Representative with German

Main responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming questions and requests regarding the company's products and services;
• Daily communication via different communication channels;
• Provide help in order to solve the requests in a prompt manner;
• Active work with a database system and participate in marketing activities.

• Excellent level of German (C1);
