Executive Assistant

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative assistance to the Manager of the Company;
  • Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters;
  • Responding to urgent requests;
  • Managing paperwork, incl. photocopying, printing and filling documents;
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Assistant or relevant;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English language;
  • MS Office proficiency;
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
  • University degree.
