One of our clients is a fast-growing airline company, which offers charters and ACMI flight operations services to leading tour operators and brokers within the industry. Currently, we are looking for a motivated and reliable professional, to join their team in Sofia, as a
- Providing administrative assistance to the Manager of the Company;
- Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters;
- Responding to urgent requests;
- Managing paperwork, incl. photocopying, printing and filling documents;
- Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Assistant or relevant;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English language;
- MS Office proficiency;
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
- University degree.
