• Design and craft compelling digital assets tailored for websites, social media platforms, and CRM communications
• Develop visually stunning brand banners to reinforce brand identity and engagement
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate designs seamlessly into content and marketing strategies
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance advertising campaigns
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to evolving project needs and deadlines
• Incorporate constructive feedback from senior creatives and marketers to refine campaigns and creative projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Comprehensive understanding of social media trends, platforms, and best practices
• Enthusiasm for design and technology, with a finger on the pulse of industry innovations
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles to optimize user experiences
• Demonstrated ability through a portfolio showcasing relevant skills and experiences
• Knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus
