For our client – an global company that provides software solutions and IT services tailored to the needs of the air cargo industry, we are looking for an experienced

D365 Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in D365 F&O implementations, gather requirements, configure modules, and deploy solutions
  • Optimize finance and operations processes within D365 F&O to ensure smooth and efficient system performance
  • Configure finance and operations modules, collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations, and plan and execute testing for new releases and updates
  • Conduct training sessions, create user guides and training materials, and provide ongoing user support to ensure effective system adoption
  • Identify areas for process improvement within D365 F&O and recommend and implement best practices

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
  • A solid understanding of finance and operations processes, including the ability to integrate these into system workflows
  • Proven experience with configuration and customization within D365 F&O
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, especially in translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to quickly adapt and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
