Customer Support with German
Responsibilities:
- Respond to queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Assess customer needs and keep long-term relationship with clients.

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2).
- An understanding of solar energy systems will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries through chats, emails, and phone calls is a plus.
