Collections Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain active communication with business clients regarding payment-related matters;
• Monitor and manage overdue receivables on a daily basis for the local market;
• Communicate and coordinate with external partners and institutions involved in the process;
• Offer tailored approaches to debt settlement and strive to find mutually satisfactory solutions;
• Administer contract termination procedures and manage asset recovery processes;
• Keep up-to-date records on ongoing cases in compliance with internal procedures and applicable legislation.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of collection processes;
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) – B2–C1 level;
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a relevant position within the leasing/credit sector;
• Strong communication skills and effective time management abilities;
• Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office -Еxcel.
