Administrative Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinating and performing administrative tasks throughout the logistics process;
  • Manage supply chain paperwork, including customs documentation, protocols, invoices, etc.; 
  • Register new products and maintain accurate product data;
  • Enter and update information accurately in internal systems;
  • Communicating and collaborating with external partners and internal teams involved in operations;
  • Stay continuously updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role;
  • Fluency in English;
  • High computer literacy, especially with Excel & previous experience with technical documentation;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Innovative, proactivity, and deadline-oriented mindset;
  • Previous experience in an administrative role in logistics or supply chain is a strong advantage.
