‍Client & Project Manager – Digital Services‍

‍

‍What you’ll do:‍

• Collaborate closely with the design team and provide clear project briefs;

• Organize and distribute workloads effectively;

• Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery;

• Support the team in implementing client feedback;

• Communicate proactively with existing clients and reach out to new prospects;

• Prepare budgets, time estimates, contracts, NDAs, and invoices while keeping track of their status;

• Manage various administrative tasks related to projects and clients.

‍What we’re looking for:‍

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager in advertising, creative, digital, or communication agencies;

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – most of their clients are international;

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail;

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges;

• Analytical mindset – someone who researches, evaluates, and proposes solutions;

• Polite, respectful, and professional communication style;

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Excel.
