Our partner is a leading European Beauty and Wellness e-commerce company. Over the past two years they have extended their portfolio by developing digital services for business clients. To support the growth of this new segment, we are looking for a:
Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and support the sales team, focusing on growth and professional performance;
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to market needs;
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and results;
- Manage your own client portfolio and actively pursue new business opportunities;
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and the achievement of both individual and team goals.

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales;
- Proven experience in leading and developing a team;
- Excellent understanding of customer needs and business relationships;
- Very good command of English- minimum B2;
- Strong motivation to grow in a dynamic business environment with a results-driven mindset;
- Ambitious, proactive personality with well-developed leadership skills.
